By accessing or using our website, submitting the registration or quote form, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

03 Registration & marketing consent
When you register, you provide your name, email, phone number, and postal address, and you may opt in to receive a free remodeling quote and marketing communications. By checking the consent box, you agree that Solid Oak Remodeling and its marketing partners may contact you at the email and phone number you provided about relevant products and services.
Double opt-in. After you submit the form, we email you a verification link. You must click that link to confirm your registration. You will not receive marketing messages until you confirm, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
04 Calls & text messages
If you opt in, marketing emails, calls, and text messages may be sent using automated technology and/or prerecorded messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect emails or service messages about a quote you requested; you can opt out of those separately.
05 Quotes & estimates
Any quote, estimate, or pricing information we provide is for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer or contract unless and until set out in a written, signed agreement between you and Solid Oak Remodeling. Estimates may depend on a site visit, measurements, materials, scope, and conditions, and are subject to change. Submitting the form does not create a contractor-client relationship.
06 Third-party partners & links
Our marketing partners and any third-party websites we link to operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties. Communications you receive from a partner are governed by that partner’s terms. We encourage you to review their policies before engaging with them.
