01 Information we collect

04 TCPA consent records
To document that you agreed to receive calls and text messages, we keep a record of your consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Each consent record includes the language you agreed to, the phone number and email you provided, and the date, time, and source of your consent.
We retain TCPA consent records for five (5) years after you give consent or after your last interaction with us, whichever is later, even if you later opt out. We keep these records to demonstrate compliance and to honor opt-out requests.
05 Data retention

Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages related to a quote or project you have already requested.
